Managing the Move
Moving always involves moving out and moving in, which usually means you have to worry about preparations involving two properties, as well as the transition between them. There are several sites that can help you with the various aspects of moving. Here's a starter set:
From the National Association of REALTORS®, here's a checklist generator.

For ordering utility services, this may help. http://www.bestpriceconnect.com/sf/sirva/
For remodeling, here's the Lowe's service, which also includes special offers and rebates for you. http://www.lowesmoving.com/
... And for an overview of all the things you might need to do, here's my own list. Hope this helps!
