Professional, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, competent, efficient…the list of positive adjectives could go on and on to describe Charnell Havens. My husband & I met Charnell completely by accident. We had been searching for a home in the Hampton area on our own, when a friend suggested we look in Carrollton. We drove to Carrollton, and found a property we were very interested in. We took one of Charnells’ beautifully and professionally printed flyers, and did some research online. We found that she was hosting an Open House the very next day! When we arrived to the Open House, I knew immediately that Charnell was a true gem! She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She showed the home with care along with professionalism, and allowed us time to view the property on our own. Charnell also offered to show another property later that day, AND she took us to her OWN home, as it was the exact same floor plan but with a few upgrades. Charnell, thanks for all you did for us in getting our property in Eagle Harbor sold. I can honestly say I have never worked with a realtor before who worked so hard and was so savvy about the process. Mike even said the pictures you took and put on the web site made him want to buy the property! Since we were living 200 miles away, it could have been very logistically challenging, but you made sure that went smoothly for us.
